Digital Product Terms & Licence Agreement

These Terms apply when purchasing digital products from ThandoZwane.com Ltd, including website templates and downloadable resources.

By purchasing a digital product you agree to these terms.

1. Digital Products

Products may include:

  • website templates

  • digital downloads

  • educational materials

  • online resources

All products are delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped.

2. Licence to Use

When you purchase a digital product you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product.

This licence allows you to:

  • customise the template

  • use it for your own personal or business website

  • publish your website using the template

The licence is limited to one website or brand owned by the purchaser.

Use of the template for multiple businesses, clients, or websites requires the purchase of additional licences.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

All rights remain with ThandoZwane.com Ltd.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • resell or redistribute the template

  • share the files with others

  • offer the template as part of another product or service

  • claim the template design as your own intellectual property

  • use the template to create derivative products for resale

Unauthorised distribution or reproduction may result in legal action.

4. Digital Delivery & Consumer Rights

Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase.

By completing the purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that this means you lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Because digital products cannot be returned once delivered, all sales are final unless required by law.

5. Support

Support may be offered for a limited time following purchase where stated.

Support typically includes guidance on using the template and basic troubleshooting.

Support does not include:

  • custom design work

  • platform technical issues outside our control

  • extensive modifications

6. Payment Disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated after receiving access to a digital product, we reserve the right to revoke access to the product and any related services.

7. Intellectual Property

All templates, materials, designs, and content remain the intellectual property of ThandoZwane.com Ltd.

Purchasing a product grants a licence to use, not ownership.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
