By booking a service you agree to provide accurate contact information and payment details.

A booking is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers which may include:

  • Stripe

  • Klarna

  • Clearpay

  • PayPal (via Kajabi or Eventbrite)

These payment providers process your payment details according to their own privacy and security policies.

We do not store or have access to your full card details.

Prices are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

For live classes, workshops, or courses, cancellations made at least 14 days before the start date may be eligible for a refund minus payment processing fees.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable.

For digital products, including downloads, templates, and online course materials, all sales are final once access has been granted.

By purchasing a digital product you acknowledge that the product may be delivered immediately and you therefore waive your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Professional services including birthkeeper support, postnatal packages, mentoring, website templates, and photography services are non-refundable once the service period has begun or work has commenced.

If we need to cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered an alternative date or appropriate credit.

6. Online Classes & Resources

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have suitable equipment, internet access, and required software (such as Zoom or Google Meet).

Materials provided through Kajabi, Google Drive, or other platforms are for personal use only.

You may not copy, distribute, share, or reproduce course materials without written permission.

Recording live sessions is not permitted unless expressly authorised.

7. Educational Disclaimer

The information provided through our website, courses, and educational materials is intended for educational and informational purposes only.

It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding medical questions or concerns.

Participation in classes or workshops is voluntary and participants remain responsible for their own health, wellbeing, and decision-making.
