Postnatal Birthkeeper

My role as a postnatal birthkeeper is to “mother the mother” — to nurture you as you adjust to life with your baby. I’ll support you practically and emotionally, help you gain confidence in caring for your newborn, and create space for you to rest and recover. Whether that means feeding guidance, babywearing support, cooking nourishing meals, or simply holding your baby while you take a moment for yourself, I’m here to make those first weeks gentler and help you to feel more supported.
