This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and booking fees are handled for purchases made through ThandoZwane.com Ltd.

By purchasing a product or booking a service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Digital Products

Digital products include items such as:

  • website templates

  • digital downloads

  • online course materials

  • educational resources

These products are delivered electronically.

Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales are final once access has been granted.

By completing your purchase, you consent to immediate delivery of the digital product and acknowledge that this means you lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Refunds will only be issued where required by law.

2. Booking Fees for Services

For certain services, including consultations, mentoring, birthkeeper support, or other professional services, a booking feemay be required to secure your place.

The booking fee is not a deposit.
It is a fee paid to reserve time, preparation, and availability for your booking.

Booking fees are therefore non-refundable.

3. Two-Part Payments for Services

Where services are offered with a two-part payment structure:

  • the first payment is a booking fee to secure your place or appointment

  • the remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule agreed at the time of booking

If a client chooses to cancel after paying the booking fee, the booking fee will not be refunded.

If work has already begun or preparation has taken place, additional fees may still be payable.

4. Courses, Workshops & Events

For live classes, workshops, or events:

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the start date may be eligible for a refund minus payment processing fees.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you may contact us to request a transfer to a future session where possible, but this cannot be guaranteed.

5. Rescheduling by Us

In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule a class, workshop, or service, you will be offered:

  • an alternative date, or

  • a suitable credit or refund where appropriate.

6. Payment Processing Fees

Where refunds are issued, payment processing fees charged by third-party providers (such as Stripe, Klarna, Clearpay, or PayPal) may be deducted from the refund amount.
